Philip L. Weiser

Philip L. Weiser is an experienced trial attorney (licensed to practice in Kansas) that is ready to help defend you against criminal allegations and in Chapter 7 bankruptcy.  Mr. Weiser has been practicing law for over 11 years in Sedgwick and surrounding counties with great success in bringing the best resolution to his clients’ cases.

Philip Weiser earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Wichita State University and his Juris Doctorate from the Washburn University School of Law.  Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Weiser spent 15 years as a police officer in Sedgwick and Reno Counties, learning the intricacies of how criminal cases are processed and tried.  He has been able to draw upon this experience as well as his prior experience as a County Attorney Prosecutor for Cowley County in order to provide his clients with legal counsel that comes from an informed point of view.
